Swing Out Sister’s Serves Up “Beautiful Mess,” The Perfect Summer CocktailMay 19th, 2009 | 4 responsesPosted by OIA Staff in Entertainment
Meanwhile… Below is a “home video” of Swing Out Sister’s fresh new acoustic version of “Breakout,”–one of two bonus tracks on “Beautiful Mess”–and just below it, the new single, “Something Everyday,” and at bottom, a fun, and admittedly bit cheesy TV ad for their colliseum concert in Manilla last year. ![]()

I can’t say enough about this new album. I got it about a year ago w/the UK release and haven’t stopped listening to it. It’s definite, unmistakable, instantly recognizable SOS. Run, don’t walk!
I haven’t bought this yet but I plan on it. Love Swing Out! I wasn’t aware that this was coming out.
I picked this album up over a year ago when it came out in Japan. It is simply exquisite! It’s not as lush as the previous album, “Where Our Love Grows”, but it’s still fantastic. For those listeners with more sophisticated tastes, this is an album for you!
Thanks for the brief review Dale.
You’ve made me want to go out and get it more than ever.
