Secretary of State Clinton Mentions Uganda’s a “Kill The Gay” Bill Directly In Human Rights Speech

Secretary of State Hilary Rodham Clinton gave a major policy speech regarding human rights at Georgetown University today. Normally, such a speech would not be of major interest to the LGBT Community overall, though certainly to those who have a strong interest in global human rights, except for one passage within the speech.
