Michigan Secretary of State Candidates Top Priority is To Stop Trans People from Transitioning

Paul Scott (R-Grand Blanc) is running for the GOP nomination to be the next Secretary of State in Michigan. He has made stopping transgender people from changing their sex on their license part of his four most important priorities.

“I will make it a priority to ensure transgender individuals will not be allowed to change the sex on their driver’s license in any circumstance. It’s a social values issue. If you are born a male, you should be known as a male. Same as with a female, she should be known as a female” (Michigan Messenger).

He made clear that this was a priority of his in order to stop biologically male trans women from using female restrooms.

Sound like this Paul Scott spotted a hot looking lady in a bar and after spending a lot of cash he then got said hot lady in bed only to find out she had a larger penis then he did, why else would he be so vindictive? The poor baby! But seriously he is putting trans-people in a dangerous situation. they are going force to break the law, put in jail and once released more than likely put on a sex offender’s list which means that their neighbors would be advised they have a sex offender and the trans-person could be harmed by the neighbors so how would that be fair? Also this same person would risk being beaten or raped if they looked like a female going into a man’s bathroom in the straight community or the cops called on them if they are FtM and subjected to a lot of embarrassment. If this guy gets in office then all gender programs should be dropped in Ann Arbor, because if they allow those programs to continue then the university would also be forcing individuals to break the law. Know it or not a person must live for a year in the gender role that that are going to transition into before they can get gender reassignment surgery and how they going to do that if they can’t use a bathroom? How they going to be able to work at a job unless the job employer provides a separate bathroom? Do you think that an employer would go to the added expense of adding a bathroom for maybe just one employee to use? I really don’t think so! So now you will have another unemployed person living off either welfare or unemployment and I’m sure the state of Michigan needs a few more of them huh?
