Constance McMillen, Lesbian Student Denied Prom, SpeaksMar 12th, 2010 | no responsesPosted by OIA Staff in NewsErica Hill spoke to Constance McMillen, the Mississippi lesbian high school student whose school canceled the prom because McMillen wanted to bring her girlfriend. The ACLU has now filed a lawsuit against the school on behalf of Constance to reinstate the prom for all students after the school canceled prom because McMillen petitioned to attend with a female date.
